Cancellation Policy

1. Walking Services:
   • Cancellation by Client:
     • Clients must provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule a scheduled walk.
     • Failure to provide sufficient notice will result in a cancellation fee equal to 25% of the cost of the scheduled walk.
   • Cancellation by Heaven and Heel:
     • Heaven and Heel reserves the right to cancel a scheduled walk due to inclement weather or other unforeseen circumstances.
     • Clients will not be charged for walks canceled by Heaven and Heel.
2. Board and Train Services:
   • Cancellation by Client:
     • Clients must provide at least 14 days’ notice prior to the scheduled start date of the board and train program to receive a full refund.
     • Cancellations made less than 14 days before the start date will result in a cancellation fee of $100.
   • Cancellation by Heaven and Heel:
     • Heaven and Heel reserves the right to cancel a board and train program due to unforeseen circumstances or if the dog is deemed unsuitable for the program.
     • In such cases, clients will receive a full refund of any fees paid.

Note: Heaven and Heel reserves the right to modify this cancellation policy at any time. Clients will be notified of any changes in advance.
